These terms cover the Quit Porn Hypnosis informational website operated by El Sueno LLC, an Arizona, United States company. “We” and “us” mean El Sueno LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

This is an early specialist project by HypnoThera. These website terms do not replace the terms for an existing HypnoThera account or purchase. Those are available on the HypnoThera terms page.

Beta status and product descriptions

App screens, character scenes, and script examples are previews. Personalization examples use invented profiles. They do not represent a real user’s story or a promised outcome. Features, supported platforms, and release dates may change.

This website does not offer account signup, paid subscriptions, a working audio service, or cross-app access. TestFlight or booking invitations will be identified when configured. An unavailable link is not an invitation or a reservation.

Before any paid beta purchase, the applicable price, coverage, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be made available. No purchase is required to read these articles.

Educational content and guided practice

The website, articles, and proposed app are for education and personal habit practice. They do not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency services, and do not create a clinician-patient relationship. A founder call is product feedback, not clinical care.

We do not guarantee that hypnosis will help you quit porn or establish this app’s effectiveness. Research on other conditions or different therapies is not proof that this product works. Consult a qualified professional when you need assessment or care.

If you use guided audio from any future beta, listen in a safe setting. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires attention. Stop if a practice causes distress or discomfort. Additional app-specific instructions must be provided with the actual service.

HypnoThera accounts and subscriptions

Shared identity and clearly scoped access across specialist apps are planned. An existing HypnoThera subscription does not automatically establish access to this future app, and this site does not change your existing subscription.

Manage existing purchases through the original service where you bought them. This website does not process a cancellation, issue a refund, restore an app purchase, or display billing history. Contact support with the product and purchase channel if you need help finding the appropriate route.

Content, artwork, and feedback

Our original site copy, designs, branding, and character artwork are owned by or licensed to El Sueno LLC. Third-party research and font materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. You may link to these resources and use the practical worksheets for personal reflection.

Do not copy our branding, distribute the site as your own product, or commercially reproduce original material without permission. These terms do not limit uses allowed by applicable copyright law.

If you voluntarily share product feedback, we may consider it when improving the project. This does not give us permission to publish your identity, a testimonial, or sensitive personal details. Separate permission would be requested for that use.

External links and privacy

External research, booking, beta, and purchase services operate under their own policies. We are not responsible for their availability or operation. A link does not imply that a researcher or provider endorses this product.

Our privacy notice describes the current website and project communications. A future app must provide its own accurate notice before processing personal intake answers.
