Quit porn.On your terms.

Personalized hypnosis for your triggers, your habits, and your reasons to stop. Built by HypnoThera.

Nox wants to quit porn too.

Your triggers, in your session.

Phone in bed. Laptop after work. That one creator’s profile. Choose a familiar moment and see what changes.

How the session responds

“Picture that familiar moment: your phone in your hand, the room quiet. When ‘one more video’ shows up, notice it as a thought. Let your hand rest. Put the phone on the bedside table. Bring to mind the closeness you want to make room for tomorrow.”

A practice you can come back to.

Start with the actual pattern.

Your triggers, devices, sites, and content patterns. Share what’s useful. Leave out what isn’t.

Remember what you want back.

Closeness. Better sleep. Keeping a promise to yourself. Your reasons give the session its direction.

Have something ready for the urge.

Daily hypnosis, a short reset for difficult moments, and space to reflect on what helped.

Nox is a gooner.

He watches too much porn. He knows he needs to stop, but keeps opening the same sites again. “One more video” has become an automatic response.

He’s using personalized hypnosis to work on that response from the ground up, with sessions built around his triggers and the life he wants back.

A life beyond porn.

A character journey, not a promised result. Change looks different for everyone.

Is the app available yet?

This is an early beta project. The app images are design previews. The TestFlight invitation will appear on the homepage when a build is ready. There is no account signup or payment on this site. Check beta availability.

How personal does it get?

The planned intake covers your triggers, devices, settings, sites or broad content patterns, permission thoughts, and reasons to quit. For example: “laptop after work,” “I deserve a break,” and “I want my evenings back.” You choose which details are useful. The site uses invented examples and collects no intake answers.

Do I have to name sites or describe the porn I watch?

No. A broad label such as “creator profiles” or “videos on my phone” can be enough. There is no need for explicit images, videos, graphic descriptions, or a complete browsing history. Sensitive details should not be included in ordinary support emails.

Does hypnosis guarantee I will quit?

No. This app has not established its effectiveness. Hypnosis is being designed as a practice for responding differently to familiar situations. Evidence for hypnosis in other areas does not prove it works for porn use. Read the evidence guide and its research sources.

How does HypnoThera fit in?

Quit Porn Hypnosis is a specialist project by HypnoThera, operated by El Sueno LLC. A shared account is planned, with purchases and access tied to the products they cover. Shared login and cross-app access are not live on this preview.

Does my HypnoThera subscription include this app?

We have not announced a price or finalized which plans include the specialist app. Do not assume an existing HypnoThera subscription includes it. Coverage, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown before any beta purchase.
